Before launching Citizen Impact, Dr. Biderman-Shalev founded Lehativ, a nonprofit that partnered with municipalities to help families exit poverty through holistic support. She has also held senior roles in municipal education leadership and received national recognition, including the Feinstein Award for Dropout Prevention.

Mr. Israel Danziger is a highly experienced senior executive with a diverse background in high-tech and the public sector. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of the Wheaga Group, where he leads strategy, execution, fundraising, and investments in technology and service companies.

His experience includes founding and managing global high-tech companies, strategic consulting, managing mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and leading significant organizational transformations.

Previously, he served as Director General of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, where he led a multidisciplinary government office and spearheaded national processes in vision-building, strategy, legislation, and enforcement.

He also founded and managed Digital Fuel Technologies, a global software company that was acquired by VMware.

Shira Radovan brings over two decades of executive banking experience with deep expertise in risk management, fintech innovation, and strategic financial planning. She served as Chief Risk Officer at Union Bank of Israel and later led risk operations at One Zero, Israel’s cutting-edge digital bank — where she developed advanced digital underwriting and credit risk models.

Mr. Yinon Brosh is a co-founder and experienced Chief Technology Officer with over a decade of leadership in R&D, data management, privacy, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity. He has deep expertise in the development and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems on a global scale.

Yinon specializes in building Big Data platforms and advanced personalization models. His past roles include establishing the technological infrastructure for Maccabi’s Innovation Lab, serving as CTO at Oroom Group, and leading development at Tufin.
